National University Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a borrowing service provided to currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff at National University. This free service allows you to electronically request and receive articles, book chapters, reports, or other resources when not available in full-text in the NU Library.

Before requesting an item through interlibrary loan, check the following resources to see if the NU Library already owns the item that you need: 

• Run a title search in Roadrunner EBSCO Discovery Service
• Use Find a Resource to locate journal titles and e-books
• Search ProQuest Dissertation & Theses for dissertations 
• Compare WorldCat holdings to see if a library near you owns the physical book or resource
