Read Chapter 14: Creating and Managing a Literacy Program.

Chapter 12 discusses the basic principles of effective reading approaches and how to create your instruction-based reading and writing curriculum. Chapter 14 explains how to plan and construct a literacy program. You will also learn how to manage, assess, and improve a literacy program.
