Read Chapters 8, 9, and 10.

The readings this week cover a lot of topics. Chapter 8 discusses compliance within the user domain, which span from the IT requirements to employee background checks. Chapter 9 looks at compliance within the workstation domain and how to maximize the C-I-A triad. The final chapter reading for this week (Chapter 10), looks at compliance within the LAN Domain. It addresses how compliance laws relate to business drivers and vulnerabilities of LAN components. Having a good understanding of compliance issues helps with designing a good network and establishing good requirements.
