Researchers of this study examined emergency situations where buildings where unable to be occupied due to potential damage and harmful situations that occurred within a PK-12 Community. This research was chosen as it examines how various information communication technologies could be used as a method of managing remote education. Researchers examined more than a decade of literature from a national and international perspective to better understand communication, Information Communication Systems, readiness and applicability of internet and non-internet-based technologies.
