These resources will assist the student in understanding the hierarchy of the federal and state court systems, as well as, how our laws are created and enforced. Students will be assigned cases to summarize and read laws and administrative agency regulations, and as such, the resources are tools to help the student understand, and apply court rulings and laws to fact patterns in assignments. These assignments will help the student develop their analytical and critical thinking skills.
