This paper analyzes “feedback” from a behavior analytic perspective. The exercise is instructive for us to read because it helps us to see the relationship between operant conditioning principles and the application of procedural tactics to the delivery of consequences.

This video gives a basic overview of operant conditioning and a brief history of the origins of the theory. It covers concepts of reinforcers, including positive and negative reinforcers, primary and secondary reinforcers. It also covers concepts of punishment and the types including positive and negative punishment as technical terms. It is helpful to have these summarized and reviewed.
