This article is helpful for alerting us as professionals to the effects of the way we talk. Our clients may find what we say difficult to understand. It’s our job to figure out how to fix that problem. We need to be accurate and precise, but we also need to understand the concepts and principles well enough to be able to explain them in simple terms as well.
