Summary: This study examined the effects of solution-focused counseling on students dealing with emotional challenges. Results indicated that students who received solution-focused counseling experienced a significant reduction in symptoms of anxiety and depression. The counseling approach helped students identify their strengths and develop practical strategies to manage their emotions. The study suggests that solution-focused counseling is a promising intervention for enhancing students' emotional well-being.
