This article explores the various challenges that expatriates face and discusses how tailored, quality-controlled training methods can help them adapt to diverse cultures. As companies increasingly attempt to expand their business across the Atlantic in pursuit of greater market share, the role of Human Resource professionals is transforming. Instead of managing expatriates in a transactional manner, HR professionals are now expected to act as consultants, designing systems, policies, and programs that better support the acclimatization of staff in foreign environments.
