We will be using OM Explorer in this course. OM Explorer is a downloadable problem-solving software that has been developed exclusively for the end of chapter problems in the Operations Management textbook. You are expected to have the necessary skills to use Microsoft Excel and to download OM Explorer and familiarize yourself by watching the tutorial from the Publisher’s website or from any source the you choose.
