Differentiation in education enhances student engagement and achievement by tailoring instruction, content, and assessment to meet the diverse needs of learners. Grounded in the theory of multiple intelligences, differentiation recognizes that students possess varied learning styles and strengths, allowing educators to customize their teaching approaches accordingly. To effectively implement this inclusive and personalized model, the authors of this article recommend comprehensive teacher training and ongoing, system-wide research to ensure that multiple intelligences are thoughtfully and consistently integrated into everyday educational practices.
