Steps for Choosing the Preferred Language for Video and Captions

*Please note that some captions, audio, and handouts may have been generated using AI, so occasional inaccuracies may occur.

  • On the menu bar, select CC.
    • An orange arrow points to the closed captions (CC) button in a dark toolbar
  • Select your preferred language from the list.
    • A closed captions menu with language options: captions settings, captions off, English, Spanish, French, and Japanese. The Spanish option is highlighted.

  • The subtitles and video will now appear in the selected language.

  • Turn off subtitles by selecting the Captions Off option shown above the languages.

    • A dropdown menu shows closed caption options: captions settings, captions off, English, Spanish, French, and Japanese. The captions off option is highlighted.

  • You can change the language at any time by repeating these steps.
