Complete Student Workbook Activities
In the back of your textbook is a Student Workbook. Complete the Chapter 5 Student Workbook activities 5.2 and 5.4. Activity 5.2 allows you to calculate your daily caloric requirement as a part of weight management and Activity 5.4 directs you to the FDA’s online food label to help you better understand how to read and interpret food labels.
