Students can use this content to meet CSWE competency #1, Demonstrating Ethical and Professional Behavior. Topics in this chapter include competence, conflict of interests, diversity, ethnocentrism, and dual relationships. This relates to your journal assignment for this lesson. The content can also be used to identify areas of discussion for site supervision and your field seminar.
