Conducting a needs analysis is the inaugural step in any ADDIE-aligned instructional design process. This three-step process aids in precisely capturing and defining project objectives. It enables the establishment of well-defined objectives in collaboration with project stakeholders, facilitates prompt data collection from participants, and supports data analysis to pinpoint disparities in the existing system and delineate the envisioned goals for the future.
