This article discusses the business model as unlocking efficiency in a sharing economy. There is strong content of B2B (business-to-business) settings. The authors propose simple rules that managers can apply to build disruptive business models. The article follows a case study of the company Vizio and a go-to-market strategy that resulted in the company being dominant is the flat-panel TV industry.

This article discusses the important control a business model can have within an organization. Mastering a business model increases competitive advantage and models are talked about more today than ever before.
