Note: Login with your o365.ncu.edu email address (first letter of first name, period, last name, and last 4 of your student ID). Ex: a.smith7374@o365.ncu.edu
Enter your password and click Sign In to enter the NCUOne Platform.
If this is the first time logging into NCUOne, you will need to accept your course.
Access your course by clicking on the selected course under the My Courses widget. Click on the button for the course you want to access.
You can also access your courses from the Select a course icon in the top navigation bar.
Forgot Password: If you forget your password go to https://welcome.ncu.edu and click the option Forgot Password.
The security captcha is case sensitive and contains a space.
If You Receive the Following Error: Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. We received a bad request.
These errors can occur before you are prompted to enter your email and password to log in. This will indicate what is causing the bad request, and the most common cause is the browser remembering a previous Microsoft login (including personal outlook.com, live.com, hotmail.com accounts, @email.ncu.edu accounts, o365 accounts associated with work or another institution, etc.).
How to Fix the Issue:
a. Try a different browser
b. Try using incognito or private browsing
a. Internet Explorer: Private Browsing – Press Ctrl+Shift+P, or at the Gear icon in the top right corner click and select Safety and InPrivate Browsing
b. Firefox: Private Browsing – From the 3 bold lines in the top right, click and select New Private Window
c. Chrome: - Incognito Browsing – Press Ctrl+Shift+N, or at the 3 dots in the top right corner, click and select New Incognito Window
c. Clear your cookies and cache (http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/)
If You Receive the Following Error: We don’t recognize this user ID or Password. Be sure to type the password for your work or school account.
a. Have you created your account? This is done through password reset or the final step of the enrollment process.
b. Try resetting your password using the instructions above *There is a wait time for the passwords to fully sync, up to 20 minutes
c. Contact the Service Desk for additional assistance if none of these steps resolve the issue
If you are taking more than one course at a time, you will need to complete this process for each course.
Once you have accepted your course, you will see it listed on the homepage in My Courses and Resources section.
When you start a new course in NCUOne, you will need to complete the Course Acceptance process.
On the NCUOne homepage, you will see an icon called Course Acceptance in the My Courses and Resources widget.
Click this option and follow the steps to accept your course. If you are taking more than one course at a time, you will need to complete this process for each course.
You can also access and accept your courses in the Select a course dropdown in the top navigation toolbar. Course Acceptance is not available prior to the start date of your course.

Installing the Brightspace Pulse by D2L Corporation Mobile App for Access to NCUOne or NU Brightspace
Access to NCUOne and NU Brightspace is provided through the Brightspace Pulse by D2L Corporation mobile app. The app allows you to stay connected and on track with your courses by providing an easy view of calendars, readings, assignments, grades, and news. You'll also receive real-time alerts and updates for important announcements or when new grades are available.

CamScanner App Features
NCUOne and NU Brightspace has accessibility across most devices. In the mobile web browser, go to ncuone.ncu.edu (one-to-one modality) or login.nu.edu (class-based) and enter your username and password.
The homepage looks very similar to the desktop version with a minor change. Courses can be accessed by clicking on the icon or the link. Clicking on this icon will direct users to a menu of options.
Click on the icon to view all courses.
Similar to the desktop version, students are able to access the weekly course content.
Click on the assignment icon to upload an assignment saved on your mobile device.
To begin, click on the upload button and select the document to be turned in.
The “Submitted Successfully” box will appear if the upload was successful.
