This article helps us understand how the term emotional intelligence became more known and how people truly started to understand what it means. It became one of the most important skills to be searched for in every employee, and also it is the skill that every employee is looking for in their superior or team leader behavior.
In this research, we examine the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI), authentic leadership, and leader facilitation in healthy conflict. Data was collected from 105 leaders using an online survey that measured authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict facilitation style. This study indicated that emotional intelligence and authentic leadership positively predict all conflict styles.

As we will see in this study, it sought to investigate the role of emotional intelligence in both extrinsic and intrinsic career success in early and later career stages. Specifically, it examined emotional intelligence's predictive and incremental validity in career success after controlling personality factors in a sample of 271 graduates. When analyzing extrinsic career success, regression analyses revealed that demographic variables, such as gender, age, area of study, career stage, and the variable of proactive personality, were related to salary.
