This article helps us understand how the term emotional intelligence became more known and how people truly started to understand what it means. It became one of the most important skills to be searched for in every employee, and also it is the skill that every employee is looking for in their superior or team leader behavior.
In this research, we examine the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI), authentic leadership, and leader facilitation in healthy conflict. Data was collected from 105 leaders using an online survey that measured authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and conflict facilitation style. This study indicated that emotional intelligence and authentic leadership positively predict all conflict styles.
