- This study aimed to enhance the OpenSUNY Course Quality Review (OSCQR) rubric by incorporating inclusive practices, guided by the Universal Design for Learning framework and the inclusive ADDIE model. Findings revealed a consensus between instructional designers and faculty on the revised rubric’s focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, with implications for future course design research and practice.
