This is an excellent and easy to follow a review on foodborne diseases, their signs and symptoms, and the origin of the illness. This seminal article is biologically based, so that you can understand the mechanisms of disease. A highlight on Table 1 is for a summary of information on the type of pathogen and outcome.

This video is a brief overview of pesticides in the environment that cause adverse human health problems as well as problems in the environment, bodies of water, and animals or insects. A more comprehensive view of pesticides is in this module's supplemental reading.

This video is a quick overview of radiation but explained in a very digestible way. There are colorful charts and pictures to help encourage understanding of this issue in environmental health.

This is a lengthy and comprehensive review on pesticides, but the tables are very informative for a shorter read on this issue. Please focus on Table 7 as an example of exposure and disease outcome (asthma).
Autoethnography on Waste Picking

This ergonomic workbook is a great overview of workplace setting and health, with a focus on ergonomic hazards. There is a section on OSHA and how to file complaints if workplace settings present hazards.

Noise exposure can arise from a variety of settings, including the workplace, music concerts, or even sports matches. Noise exposure can contribute to adverse human health and is an aspect of occupational health that must be measured and controlled.
A Review on Bioweapons

This paper reviews and summarized Category A agents which are biological pathogens that could be used as bioweapons to threaten human health and safety. This is an area of knowledge in environmental health where we need more information, as many of these are not comprehensively understood from a biological perspective and without this knowledge, it makes it difficult to treat or prevent significant exposures and outcomes.
