This article focuses on ethical dilemmas as it relates to information technology legislation on the online environment, using a case study. Since the finance and banking sectors perform most, if not all, businesses online, this article is important in helping us understand what cybersecurity ethical problems the industry might face in applying and maintaining cybersecurity regulation to help protect cyberattacks.
