This research is an interesting read looking at the European data on gun violence and gun control. The researcher searched nine databases and over 1900 individual studies. Four studies assessed the impact of firearm restrictions and the rate of firearm homicides. Two studies correlated firearm availability and violence. Some studies showed a decline in violence with restricted firearm access, while others indicated a limited effect depending on gun ownership.
