The first link is to the organization's website, be sure to browse through a few pages to understand their purpose and activities. The second link will send you to Module 3 of their training series on Implicit Bias. It takes about 10-15 minutes to watch through the four lessons in the module. Be sure to follow the link in Lesson 3 to try at least 2 tests (There are 15 to choose from). You do not have to supply any information, sign in as a guest and pick the tests that interest you most. You will use this experience as the basis for the Reflection post for this week.

The three readings for this week’s assignment are all from the APA and address various aspects of the organizations continuing attempt to combat systemic racism seen both in the organization and within society. The links for this article will lead you to the most recent plans for change adopted by the APA.
