This annual review by renowned Special Education legal scholars reviews 2021 circuit court rulings related to IDEA and Section 504. The book also includes copies of all recent policy statements, Dear Colleague Letters, and frequently asked question (FAQ) documents from the U.S. Department of Education related to the education of students with disabilities. This source may be helpful as you look at recent rulings that impact students with EBD.
