    • This chapter is designed to highlight supervision approaches, differentiated professional development, observations and much more. 

  • Chapter 10 - Curriculum Development and Implementation  

    • In this chapter, you will learn about program philosophy, program scope, goals, and objectives. 

  • Chapter 11 - Aligning the Curriculum  

    • This chapter highlights the importance of alignment of the curriculum with CCSS, data-driven programs, and ongoing monitoring the curriculum. 

  • Chapter 12 - Curriculum Evaluation  

    • Expect to gain essential knowledge regarding the key components of curriculum evaluation. Pay special attention to Indicators of Effective Teaching, Figure 12. 4.

  • Chapter 13 - Current Developments in The Subject Fields  

    • This chapter highlights English Language Arts, the ELA Framework, Literacy Checklist, and Mathematics.

  • Chapter 15 - Individualizing the Curriculum   

    • This chapter discusses ways to differentiate the curriculum to address the needs of all students, especially students with special needs.
