This course text will provide coaches with an understanding of how coaches can apply psychological principles to their coaching to enhance the enjoyment, learning, and performance of athletes.  For Module 3, required readings are Chapters 5, 16, 17, 21-23, 26 

This course text will provide coaches with practical information about sport psychology providing examples and exemplary ideas about coaching to gain a mental advantage. For Module 3, required readings are Chapters 8 - 14.

This review was to provide an overview of current goal-setting processes by identifying, describing, and comparing models within the applied sport psychology and professional practice literature.
