This webpage provides an overview of steps in a needs assessment of long-term care for elders in the Menominee Indian Tribe. Examples are provided for each step including a video link to a YouTube presentation of the needs assessment. The video is about 48 minutes long but provides a real-world example of a needs assessment. As you review this resource, think back to last week’s focus stakeholder involvement.
