Although nonprofit governance has been well-researched, there is still much to learn about the use of power in these organizations. Power can be thought of as the ability of one actor to get another actor to do something they might not want to or would not normally do. This resource explores how power is exercised in nonprofit organizations, given that multiple actors use power in different ways at various levels.
