This article explains the President’s role in overseeing Administrative Agencies, including the power to remove the head of an agency for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance, known as INM. The article attempts to address the extent of the President’s authority over such agencies, and opines that the President’s authority rests somewhere between no authority whatsoever, and the ability to exert complete control over the agency.
