• In his study of 341 triads composed of a manager and two direct reports, the author shares eight dimensions to explain unethical behavior. Study results indicated that there were six dimensions of ethical culture that were impacted negatively and demonstrated that multiple dimensions of ethical culture have to be taken into account to reduce unethical behavior.
