The Commons

Uploading a profile picture into your Commons profile is a great way to help others put a face to a name. This will help you build a sense of community with others as you make your way through your academic goals.

• After logging into the Commons, select on the “Me” dropdown on the top navbar and select the "Profile" link. 
• In the upper right hand corner, select on the pencil icon to edit your profile. 
• Select the “UPLOAD” button to add your picture. Once uploaded, a preview of your picture will appear.
  • To replace the picture, select the trash can icon. 
• To save, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the “SAVE” button. 

It is recommended that you keep your "time zone" saved to the time zone you are located in. The Commons automatically defaults to Los Angeles time.  

• You can access the time zone in your Accounts Settings. 
• Under "Account" scroll down and select your preferred time zone.
