This study was designed to determine the baseline sport performance metrics for youth basketball players who were wheelchair-bound (WCB). Based on a study sample of 16 WCB youth players, performance metrics studied included maximal pass distance, springing with a basketball, spot-shot accuracy, etc. These metrics helped to provide feedback to coaches and enabled a comparison between elite WCB athletes and other junior players.
