This article discusses the relationship between organizational outcomes and demographic diversity. Their research found that ethical leadership helps public sector managers and personnel in racially diverse public agencies. The results of their research also showed that leadership beneficially moderates the associations of racial diversity with the two types of collective organizational outcomes: affective commitment climate and race-based employment discrimination.
