  • The two assigned sections, “Practice 4: Calm and Concentrate Your Mind” and “Practice 5: Awaken Your Spiritual Vision,” explore approaches found across the world’s religious and spiritual traditions to developing concentration, inner peace, and transformative spiritual insight.
