Once you have prepared your supplemental materials, you should be ready to submit your IRB application. If you are a dissertation student, you will also need a committee approved dissertation proposal. For non-dissertation students, you will need your NU-affiliated sponsor's approval that your research is ready for application. Here are resources to support your success:
** Once you have submitted your application for review, please only email the irb@nu.edu with questions. Following these directions will save time, as the email administrator can give the clearest direction regarding your questions. Also, remember that Office Hour staff will not review your application with you, so if you have questions about what the analyst has noted in their review, the best way to understand this is to ask specific questions through the office email address. Should you need to schedule an Office Hour appointment, to discuss a component of the IRB application, be sure to have specific questions ready for OH staff.
