Reserving your session

Please use the Academic Success Center Appointment Scheduler to reserve your seat to attend any of the available group sessions.

Thursday 1:00 p.m. 

Communication skills are critical for both successfully completing your courses and producing information clearly and confidently! Join this session to gain insight on writing in your Communication course, strategies to hone your understanding core concepts in your communication course, or build your skills in presenting your ideas and communicating effectively. Are you in MTH12A, MTH12B, or MTH204? Are you studying for the math portions of the CBEST, CSET, Accuplacer, or Praxis exams? This is the group for you! Need some company while you work on an assignment? Looking for motivation to stay on track with completing your work? Join this session to provide a structured, supportive space to help you stay focused and make steady progress on your work. Gather with fellow students in this online space to work side by side. An alumni navigator will be present to provide brief check-ins and time reminders to help you maintain focus and encourage your progress! This session offers real-time support and the motivation that comes from working alongside others.
